Do you know what time it is in Panama?

We do not participant in day light saving time change. Why should we since the sun sets with about a twenty minute differences total for the entire year? We are approximately 20º from the equator. In the US fall season we go back to Eastern Standard Time. In the US spring season we are on Central Standard time.
