It was previously thought that the project was reduced to just a hotel and shops but now the full project has returned. Excavation of the foundation has begun with concrete being poured. There are going to be almost 1800 condos in a total of three towers. This is a bold project and certainly a very expensive one. One might guess the bond sale for Trump allowing them to raise the $220,000,000 to push forward with Trump Ocean Plaza may have been the inspiration to move this one back on track.
