Panama Truck Investment Opportunities

Our local and experienced trucking firm in Panama is expanding due to the many new construction and development contracts we have.
We are using proper business practices with quality control and supervision over the trucks and operations. We are looking for investors to fund the money required to buy trucks, which the firm will lease back at a very good rate to the owner.
Investors retain full ownership of the assets with their own Panama company as title-holder and they will have a subcontract/lease in place for the operational use of the trucks.
- The funding requirements are approx $125,000 for the purchase and importation of 2 used trucks from the USA or Canada.
- A lease / purchase term of at least 3 years is required.
- The investor receives an 18% annual interest rate. On a loan buyout basis.
- Payments of $13,500 are made quarterly for the secured loan / lease for the interest payment and the principal buyback over the 3 years.
- At the end of 3 years the firm takes ownership of the trucks. But the investor retains ownership until the full amount is repaid.
